Setting My Sights On Single #8

I'm already heading into the preliminary sessions for the BOK Single of the Month Single #8. This one will probably be a 2-3 track all cover disc, though there might be one original. I did some work on the first song today but couldn't do much 'cause I had so much other stuff to do. I also sketched out the design for the insert. Tuesday I'll be gone all day, so it won't be until Wednesday before I really start in earnest on the latest SOTM disc.

Got another call from Johnny St. Ours about the impending Karl Rove reunion. It will be a while. I'm looking forward to it. It'll be interesting to see how we sound after all these years.

It definitely bears mentioning that on this day in 1945 one of my very most favorite all-time musical artistes, Arthur Lee, was born. Arthur died much too young at the age of 61 from Leukemia, but not before I got to see him perform a sensational show on October of 2003 at the Birchmere in Alexandria, Virginia.
