Didn't Practice Last Night...And Other Important News

We had some things come up and couldn't practice last evening. We'll try again Thursday night.

Got an email from Billy of Buck Gooter. Billy seemed genuinely excited that George III, Garfield and I have formed a band and offered to help us secure a gig or two when we're ready. That day probably won't come until the spring. I doubt we'll be ready to play out before then. We've tossed around the idea of possibly playing an invite-only pre-gig gig at George III's house. Who knows? We'll see, right?

Jimi Hendrix recorded "Purple Haze" on this day in London way back in 1967.

"It's funny how much people love the dead. Once you're dead, you're made for life." -- Jimi Hendrix (who has probably sold more albums since he died in 1970 than he ever sold while he still walked this earth.)
