Jim Shelley & Book Of Kills

Abbey Road

I doubt that I'll have a whole lot of time to spend on music this week. As I noted previously, I have an upload available from CDBaby and I'm debating what album I'm going to do next. I worked a little (very little ) bit on putting together some live cuts (all previously released...sorry) for some sort of CDBaby "exclusive" album, but I'm not sure that's what I want to do for the next upload. Busy week.

Johnny St. Ours brought all of my equipment back up from Charlottesville (I'd left it down there for the one and only "reunion" practice for The Karl Rove but I couldn't seem to find the time to get down there to get it all. Anyhow, it's all over at his mom's place so I have to get it. Then some of it will head over to George Nipe III's house. We'll see what happens from there.

Here's a neat little article from NME about The Beatles' ABBEY ROAD. The album was released on this day in 1969. I like it a lot, especially "Come Together", "I Want You (She's So Heavy)" and the entire second side, but it's not one of my favorite Beatles records.

Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton debate tonight. I doubt I'll be able to make it more than a half an hour, but I will be watching some of it. I have been informed by a friend that over 100 million viewers are expected.
